Amber Douglas is addicted to meth and/or heroin. She steals from businesses and commits fraud by trying to return stolen items with receipts from the trash.
Stole $325 in gear from Old Navy in Medford, Oregon and was caught with pipe and heroin. She has multiple charges for theft, heroin and fraudulent use of credit cards.
